Role summary
This is a full-time remote enterprise account management position focused on helping large organizations adopt advanced AI solutions. The successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for enterprise clients and coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure the technology is implemented effectively and delivers measurable business value.

What you will do
- Create and run account strategies for major enterprise customers, including Fortune 500 accounts, to increase adoption of frontier AI products.
- Work with client stakeholders to uncover business challenges and shape AI solutions that support digital transformation goals.
- Coordinate across functions to deliver successful rollout, adoption, and scaling of AI initiatives within enterprise accounts.
- Measure and communicate performance metrics such as ROI, KPIs, and overall business impact to both senior leaders and client teams.
- Guide clients on how to embed frontier AI tools into their current processes, systems, and operating environments.
Experience and qualifications
- Background in selling and deploying enterprise AI solutions, ideally within financial services or technology.
- Demonstrated success managing enterprise accounts, with responsibility for revenue expansion and client retention.
- Strong grasp of AI and ML concepts, including large language models, generative AI, and automation platforms.
- Ability to simplify complex technical ideas for executive stakeholders and convert them into business-oriented recommendations.
- Hands-on familiarity with CRM systems, analytics tools, and business intelligence software.
