Job description

Role overview

Seeq is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive for the Germany region to help accelerate annual recurring revenue (ARR). This role focuses on selling software and solutions to both new and existing customers, with an emphasis on growing current accounts, securing renewals, and creating new-logo opportunities that support ARR and customer acquisition targets.

The position works closely with Seeq subject matter experts, Customer Success Managers, Analytics Engineers, Enablement, partner teams, and the wider sales organization. The approach is centered on value-based selling and on communicating how the platform improves industrial data analysis and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

  • Own and manage a sales territory by prioritizing prospects, building pipeline, and progressing accounts toward ARR and new-logo goals.
  • Create solution proposals that clearly show the business value delivered by Seeq.
  • Present and sell Seeq’s core value proposition to prospective and existing customers.
  • Handle pricing discussions and negotiate contract terms to secure deals.
  • Sell enterprise SaaS effectively, with a proven record of success in complex sales cycles.
  • Engage confidently with multiple stakeholders inside customer organizations, including VP-level and C-suite decision-makers.
  • Track opportunities through forecasting, territory planning, and thoughtful allocation of internal resources.
  • Build strategic alignment with relevant third-party influencers and ecosystem partners.
  • Contribute as both an individual performer and a team collaborator, while also guiding and supporting others when needed.

Requirements

  • Strong direct-sales background, especially in enterprise software or SaaS.
  • Experience selling into manufacturing and operational technology environments, particularly in the chemical and life sciences/pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in penetrating target accounts and developing executive-level relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to manage opportunities, forecast pipeline accurately, and plan territory activities effectively.
  • Comfort working with stakeholders across functions and partner groups.
  • Growth-oriented mindset with a commitment to ongoing learning and self-development.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Additional regional language skills are a strong advantage, though not mandatory.
