Role Overview

The Enterprise Account Executive will manage enterprise accounts across Saudi Arabia, working with senior decision-makers and leaders responsible for process improvement and automation. The role is centered on creating customer value through a consultative, value-led sales approach.

What You Will Do

  • Study the territory and market opportunity, then build sales plans that maximize revenue.
  • Deliver agreed sales results and targets within the quarterly timeline.
  • Represent and promote UiPath in the market by explaining and selling solutions through value-based selling.
  • Help customers understand the financial and professional benefits of the platform.
  • Build and sustain strong customer and business relationships across the territory.
  • Work closely with local partners and global systems integrators to create new opportunities and support successful implementations.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Management team to help customers gain maximum value and resolve issues quickly.
  • Track competitors, new offerings, and market movements to better understand customer needs.
  • Share updates with management on customer priorities, challenges, buying interest, competitor activity, and opportunities for new products or services.
  • Follow all company policies and internal guidelines communicated by UiPath.

What You Should Bring

  • Experience selling business solutions directly to senior executives at large organizations in Saudi Arabia.
  • A history of consistently meeting or exceeding quota and expanding enterprise accounts through both new business and account growth.
  • The ability to explain complex ideas in a clear, compelling, and easy-to-understand way.
  • Proven capability to grow an enterprise customer portfolio.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across functions, both internally and externally.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
