Job description
About the role
Join a Solution Sales team focused on opening doors in enterprise markets and expanding business through consultative, high-value selling. This role is suited to someone who enjoys building relationships, uncovering opportunities, and driving measurable revenue growth rather than handling transactional sales.
TeamViewer builds a digital workplace platform that helps organizations connect people and technology, streamline digital processes, and improve how work gets done. Its AI-enabled software supports digitalization for hundreds of millions of users and around 645,000 customers worldwide. The company has more than 1,900 employees globally and values diverse perspectives, collaboration, and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Sell augmented-reality and software solutions in a consultative way to win new enterprise clients and expand existing accounts while achieving revenue and profit goals.
- Engage prospects proactively, uncover needs through careful listening, and clearly present the value of TeamViewer solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers and senior decision-makers, including preparing compelling presentations and leading client meetings.
- Use both short-term and long-term go-to-market approaches to grow the customer base, improve retention, and increase revenue.
- Represent the enterprise brand at industry events and with customers, prospects, and alliance partners.
- Take part in weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting, including pipeline review, data checks, gap analysis, and action planning.
- Work closely with internal teams and resources to ensure clients receive the most suitable solution.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in technology sales or business development, specifically selling software or augmented-reality products to enterprise customers or large organizations.
- Prior experience applying software solutions in industrial environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities with both prospects and senior executives.
- Fluent English and Arabic are required; additional languages are beneficial.
- A history of strong sales performance and a clear hunter-style mindset.
- Good problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills.
- Highly driven, competitive, and motivated to achieve results.
- Strong work ethic with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, comfort in a fast-changing environment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Perks and benefits
- Onsite onboarding at the headquarters to support a smooth start.
- Competitive compensation and benefits, including bonus opportunities, company stock, and regular salary reviews.
- Employer top-up for the private pension plan (BAV) up to the maximum amount.
- Offices designed to be accessible by public transport.
- Special arrangements for local gym memberships.
- Access to a corporate benefits platform with a variety of discounts.
- Regular team events and company-wide celebrations.
- Open-door culture with no dress code, plus frequent all-hands meetings and leadership lunches.
- Flexible hybrid working with up to 50% home office.
- Work-from-abroad program that allows up to 40 days of work outside the contracting country.
- A strong focus on inclusion, diversity, and employee growth.
