Role Overview

Monotype is hiring a commercially driven and entrepreneurial Enterprise Account Executive to focus on winning new enterprise clients and growing strategic relationships with major brands in the region. This position suits someone who is independent, consultative, and confident working with senior stakeholders on complex, design-led technology sales.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the complete sales process, from lead generation and outreach through to contract closure on multi-stakeholder enterprise opportunities.
  • Build and implement territory and account plans that create a healthy pipeline and support quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop deep product and market knowledge so you can act as a trusted adviser on Monotype’s offerings.
  • Engage senior contacts across Brand, Marketing, Creative, IT, Procurement, UX, Legal, and Finance to shape value-based solutions.
  • Run outbound prospecting activities while maintaining strong, long-term client relationships through consultative selling.
  • Prepare compelling proposals, negotiate intricate agreements, and support customers through the final decision stages.
  • Work closely with marketing, pre-sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure coordinated execution and smooth customer journeys.
  • Use CRM systems effectively to maintain pipeline visibility, log activity, and produce reliable forecasts.
  • Represent Monotype at events, trade shows, and client meetings to build brand awareness and uncover new business.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in business or a closely related discipline.
  • Between 2 and 5 years of experience in enterprise sales or technology solutions, ideally within design, marketing, or creative technology.
  • Strong English and Arabic communication skills.
  • A demonstrated history of achieving, and ideally surpassing, sales quotas and closing large enterprise accounts.
  • Comfort working independently with a self-directed, ownership-driven mindset.
  • Excellent skills in presenting, influencing, and negotiating with senior decision-makers.
  • A consultative approach that helps uncover client needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
  • Experience handling long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Capability in prospecting, account planning, and territory management.
  • Genuine interest in creativity, innovation, and helping brands connect with audiences through strong design.
  • Ability to use AI tools as part of the workflow.
  • Understanding of CRM platforms, with Salesforce experience preferred.
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 25% per year.
