Enrollment Specialist (Medicare Part A, B, C)

About the Role

This contract position as an Eligibility Representative involves handling Medicare enrollment and eligibility tasks focused primarily on data accuracy and regulatory compliance. Operating fully remotely with flexible B-Flex time entry, the role requires strong analytical capabilities and a transactional approach rather than direct customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage eligibility and enrollment transactions, including updating, correcting, and reconciling member information.
• Analyze eligibility reports to detect and address discrepancies ensuring data accuracy.
• Maintain data accuracy across automated systems, manual workflows, and direct connections.
• Verify eligibility compliance according to Medicare guidelines and regulatory mandates.
• Collaborate internally with systems and operations teams to investigate and fix data or processing errors.
• Execute precise data entry and validation tasks timely and accurately.
• Monitor transaction outputs to confirm completeness and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of Medicare Advantage enrollment and eligibility across Parts A, B, and C.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on data management.
• Exceptional attention to detail and capacity to handle extensive transactional workloads.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight.
• Effective written communication skills for collaboration within teams.

Preferred Experience

• At least one year of experience in healthcare insurance sectors.
• Over one year of previous work handling enrollment and eligibility processing, especially in Medicare Advantage.
• Familiarity with enrollment systems, transaction processing, and data entry roles.

Additional Information

• Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday.
• Compensation: $20 per hour paid on W-2, without benefits.
• Contract Duration: Approximately 4 to 5 months.
• Location: Fully remote within the United States.
