Role Summary
Join the team as an Enrollment Cum Billing Associate where you will collaborate across various organizational functions. Key duties include maintaining and updating process documentation and standard operating procedures with inputs from subject matter experts, assisting supervisors with report preparation and routine tasks, and making decisions guided by defined policies even in uncertain situations. The role demands multitasking capabilities and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute

- Shift schedule involves rotational shifts
- Employment is on a one-year contract basis, extendable depending on performance
