About The Role
An exciting opportunity exists for a dedicated Enrolled Nurse to join our team at St Joseph's Lifecare & Village in Upper Hutt, Wellington. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the daily lives of our residents by delivering exceptional care. We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic professional committed to providing the highest standard of care. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their well-being and comfort.
- Assist residents in enjoying a better everyday life through attentive and compassionate support.
- Contribute to a warm and caring environment within the facility.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement resident care plans.
- Monitor resident health status and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Skills & Experience
- Hold a current NZ Practicing Certificate (APC).
- Demonstrate a proven history of delivering high-quality nursing care, with experience in the aged-care sector being advantageous.
- Possess a current First Aid Certificate.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Showcase strong time management skills to effectively manage workload.
