Job Role
This project-focused position centers on generating, evaluating, and delivering superior American English voice recordings used for training AI speech recognition models. Candidates must possess strong voice acting skills to effectively convey emotions, various intonations, and speaking styles following precise instructions.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce professional-grade English (US) voice-over recordings using a home studio setup
- Perform scripts with precise pronunciation, expressive emotion, and appropriate pacing
- Modify voice presentation according to creative guidance and incorporate feedback
- Submit audio files in required formats punctually
- Maintain high technical recording quality with reduced background noise
- Contribute to AI training by providing excellent voice datasets
- Adhere to confidentiality and project protocols
Candidate Profile
- Currently living within the United States
- Professional background in voice acting, voice-over work, or audio narration
- Excellent vocal control with clear articulation and emotional nuance
- Native or nearly native fluency in English (US)
- Owns or has access to professional recording equipment
- Capable of following detailed instructions and incorporating feedback effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Desirable: Experience in dubbing, automated dialogue replacement (ADR), localization, or voice localization tasks
- Preferable: Availability of a demo reel demonstrating varied voice styles
- Beneficial: Background in acting, theater, performing arts, or broadcasting
- Preferred: Familiarity with audio editing tools
