Key Responsibilities

• Design and conduct engaging English lessons covering grammar, literature, writing, speaking, and reading comprehension as per the CBSE curriculum.
• Create lesson plans, worksheets, question papers, and teaching-learning materials to enhance student learning.
• Evaluate student progress through class activities, assignments, projects, and formal examinations.
• Maintain accurate academic records and regularly update parents on their child's performance.
• Promote critical thinking, creativity, and strong communication abilities among students.
• Incorporate digital resources and innovative instructional methods in classroom teaching.
• Establish a disciplined yet encouraging and inclusive classroom environment.
• Participate actively in school assemblies, meetings, workshops, and extracurricular programs.
• Assist students in improving English proficiency and preparing for board examinations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in English coupled with a B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
• A minimum of two to three years teaching experience within the CBSE framework is preferred.
• Exceptional command over both spoken and written English language.
• Effective classroom management and excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and smart classroom technologies.
• Capability to develop lesson plans, assessments, and progress reports for students.
