About the role
This position is for an English teacher who will contribute to the training of AI systems. The work centers on guiding chatbot behavior through language-based evaluation and content creation.
What you will do
- Carry out writing and editing assignments for AI chatbots, then review the results they produce.
- Assess model responses for accuracy, quality, and overall performance.
- Hold conversations with chatbots in both German and English to gauge progress.
- Create original conversation examples that help the models learn appropriate responses.
Required profile
- Strong fluency in both English and German.
- Advanced knowledge of linguistics.
- Careful attention to detail.
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- A bachelor's degree that is currently underway, completed, or in progress is preferred, though not mandatory.
Contract and working style
- This is an independent contractor role.
- You may select the projects you want to take on and decide when to work on them.
- The work can be done on your own schedule, using your own computer, from home.
Pay and payment details
Compensation starts at USD 28+ per hour, with the possibility of bonus rates on certain projects. Payment is issued through PayPal, and PayPal manages any currency conversion from USD. No payment or fee will ever be requested from applicants.
