Role overview
This is a stable, full-time overseas teaching opportunity for people who want to build an international career in education. The position is based in China and is open to first-time teachers, recent graduates, and professionals moving into teaching. You do not need prior classroom experience, as the employer provides structured onboarding, lesson support, and ongoing guidance.
What you will do
- Teach English to children and teenagers aged 3 to 16 in an engaging, lively, and immersive classroom environment.
- Run lessons using the company’s established curriculum and digital teaching resources.
- Give students helpful feedback and support them in improving confidence and communication in English.
- Participate in school-wide activities, cultural events, and programs that encourage student involvement.
Training and support
The role includes comprehensive induction training, in-class mentoring, ready-to-use lesson materials, and continued professional support. It is designed for people entering the field for the first time and includes opportunities to build qualifications and teaching skills over time.
Compensation and benefits
- Competitive pay plus a performance bonus after 6 months.
- 21 days of paid leave in total, made up of 10 paid leave days and 11 statutory holidays.
