English Speaking Telecaller for Study Abroad Consultancy

About the Role

We require an English-speaking Telecaller to engage with students interested in overseas education options. The successful candidate will handle outreach and communication to prospective students, present study abroad opportunities clearly, and ensure leads are appropriately qualified for counseling.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential students interested in studying abroad.
• Effectively explain various overseas education options to prospects.
• Qualify leads to determine their eligibility and interest level.
• Arrange counseling appointments for interested candidates.
• Conduct timely follow-ups on student inquiries and interests.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using CRM systems.

Candidate Requirements

• Fluency in English communication, both verbal and written.
• Confident and persuasive interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy to manage CRM and other tools.
• A customer-centric mindset and approach.
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or education consultancy is desirable but not mandatory.
• Fresh graduates with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

The position offers an attractive monthly salary between 8000 and 15000 INR, along with incentives. Training will be provided to ensure success in the role, and there are opportunities for professional development and career progression.
