This full-time on-site position is for a Game Presenter based in Sofia, Bulgaria. The compensation package includes a base salary along with bonuses.

Act as the public face of the company while delivering strong product knowledge and a high-quality gaming experience.
Protect and reinforce the brand by following the company’s presentation and grooming standards at all times.
Host games professionally and maintain the level of presentation expected by the business.
Interact with players in an engaging and confident manner.
Stay technically proficient across all games and remain aware of your performance while working within brand guidelines.
Contribute actively to the company’s ongoing improvement efforts and future growth plans.

Strong English communication skills at B2+ level, in both speaking and writing.
Excellent presenting ability.
Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality.
Ability to sustain high energy throughout more animated game sessions.
Flexibility to work shifts and commit to a 24/7 service schedule.
Reliable attendance and strong timekeeping habits.
Sharp attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills for a customer-facing environment.
Ability to think fast, stay composed under pressure, and work accurately with discipline and discretion.

Rotating 24/7 shifts: 7 AM to 3 PM, 3 PM to 11 PM, and 11 PM to 7 AM, with the option to self-select certain shifts.
