About the role
English 1 is hiring an enthusiastic ESL teacher who enjoys working across cultures and is interested in building an international teaching career. This opportunity is suited to experienced educators as well as teachers moving into ESL from another teaching background. The role offers the chance to live and work overseas, strengthen classroom practice, and contribute meaningfully to students’ development.
What you will teach
You will work with children and teenagers aged 3 to 16 in lively, interactive classrooms. Lessons are designed to be engaging and hands-on, with support from a structured curriculum and digital teaching tools.
Key duties
- Plan and deliver English lessons for young learners in an active classroom environment.
- Use the organization’s curriculum resources and digital platforms to support learning.
- Monitor student progress and share useful feedback to encourage improvement.
- Take part in school functions, cultural initiatives, and community activities.
Compensation and benefits
- Attractive salary with a performance bonus available after 6 months.
