Role Summary
The selected candidate will manage customer interactions over voice calls, provide accurate resolutions, maintain professionalism at all times, and handle escalations with tact and care.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries promptly and resolve issues effectively through voice support
- Share correct and clear information while keeping service quality high
- Stay professional in every customer interaction
- Address escalated situations with patience, diplomacy, and maturity
Requirements
- Strong command of spoken English at an advanced level
- Completion of at least 10+2 formal education
- Availability to work full time
- Ability to provide required documents such as education certificates, PAN card, Aadhaar card, and experience letters if applicable
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- Capacity to manage multiple tasks and work with urgency
- Positive, solution-focused approach
- Ability to understand customer concerns and respond with empathy
- Willingness to work fully on-site in Bengaluru
Preferred Profile
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is helpful, though training will be provided
- Comfortable handling several browser tabs at once
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Windows and web-based tools, or readiness to learn them quickly
- Strong team orientation and comfort working in a collaborative environment
Eligibility
Applicants do not need a graduation degree. Candidates with 10+2 education and the ability to work full time on-site in Bengaluru may apply.
Additional Information
This is a fully on-site role in Bengaluru, with no remote or hybrid option available.
Training is provided from the first day of employment.
