Role Overview
This position is for an experienced English as a Second Language (ESL) tutor who will assist in training AI systems. The main focus is to test chatbot responses, assess how well the models reason through tasks, and help identify issues that can improve model quality.
What You’ll Do
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review the results they generate.
- Check AI-produced outputs for accuracy, logic, and overall performance.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong professional-level ability in writing, editing, and content development.
- Background in communications and/or journalism is relevant.
- Fluency in English at native or bilingual level.
- Sharp attention to detail.
- Excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
- A bachelor’s degree that is currently underway, completed, or in progress is preferred, though not mandatory.
Working Arrangement
- You can choose the projects you want to take on and decide when to work.
- The role is done on your own computer from your home.
- This is an independent contractor engagement.
Compensation and Payment
- Work is paid on an hourly basis, with rates starting at $25 to $30+ per hour.
- Some assignments may include bonus pay.
- Payment is processed through PayPal.
- PayPal manages any currency conversion from USD.
- No payment or fee will ever be requested from applicants.
