Available Positions

• Support Engineers (Intermediate L2 / Senior T3): Manage client and internal technical issues end-to-end focused on Microsoft 365, Azure, and Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud platforms. Senior engineers also handle incident response, diagnostics, and lead Pod operations.
• Specialist Engineers (Cloud / Cybersecurity / Infrastructure): Technical experts dedicated to core domains including Microsoft 365/Azure stack, EDR/XDR/MDR security tools like Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud, network, backup, and disaster recovery infrastructure.
• Lead Support Engineer: Leadership role overseeing the Support team, responsible for SLA compliance, mentoring staff, and ensuring service quality.
• Lead Professional Services Engineer: Leads the Professional Services team managing client projects such as network builds, cloud migrations, and security initiatives, along with managing Specialist Engineers.
• Presales Engineer: Interface between Sales and Delivery teams to conduct technical discovery, solution design, and assist prospects in understanding possible outcomes.

Technologies and Tools

Including but not limited to Microsoft 365 & Azure, Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud, SonicWall, Bitdefender, and proprietary ResolveIT CRM Plus.
