Job Overview
A prominent automotive manufacturer based in Dubai is seeking entry-level engineering graduates fluent in Arabic to join as Junior Sales Coordinators within their tendering team. This role provides an excellent starting point for fresh B.E/B.Tech engineers interested in automotive sales and tender operations, with comprehensive training provided. Immediate availability for joining is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in processing Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and tenders from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and Tier-1 automotive clients.
- Help prepare detailed technical quotations and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) incorporating engineering specifications.
- Communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking clients to clarify requirements and provide updates.
- Manage correspondence with local UAE clients and government entities in Arabic.
- Maintain tender tracking systems, update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, and organize technical bid documentation.
- Support preparation and maintenance of ISO/IATF 16949 quality management documentation relevant to automotive clients.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering.
- Fluency in Arabic language—both verbal and written skills are mandatory.
- Experience range: fresh graduates or up to 1 year, with any manufacturing-related projects or internships preferred.
- Availability to join immediately or within a maximum notice period of 15 days.
- Basic technical knowledge of automotive components, engineering drawings, and BOQ.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or SolidWorks is advantageous.

- Monthly salary ranging from AED 3,000 to AED 3,500, along with additional employee benefits.
