About the Role
A reputed automotive manufacturing company in Dubai is urgently seeking fresh engineering graduates fluent in Arabic to join as Junior Sales Coordinators in their tendering department. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for engineers holding a B.E or B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering to begin their careers in automotive sales and tender management. Comprehensive training will be provided to candidates willing to join immediately or within 15 days.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with processing requests for quotations (RFQs) and tenders from original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) and Tier-1 automotive clients.
- Support the preparation of technical quotations and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) incorporating engineering specifications.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking clients to gather requirements and resolve clarifications.
- Manage communications with local UAE clients and governmental bodies in Arabic.
- Maintain comprehensive tracking of tenders, update customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and organize bid documentation.
- Assist in maintaining ISO and IATF 16949 compliance documentation relevant to automotive clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree: Must hold a B.E or B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering.
- Language: Proficiency in Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
- Experience: 0 to 1 year; fresh graduates with relevant internships or projects in manufacturing preferred.
- Availability: Immediate joining or maximum notice period of 15 days.
- Technical Understanding: Basic knowledge of automotive components, engineering drawings, and BOQ.
- Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or SolidWorks is advantageous.
Additional Information
Work Location: Dubai, UAE. Immediate joining candidates are preferred. Salary offered ranges between AED 3,000 to AED 3,500 per month, inclusive of benefits.
