Role Overview

This hybrid position, based in Ireland or elsewhere in Europe, combines home-based work with regular visits to client and project locations across Ireland and Europe. The role emphasizes building robust client partnerships and ensures the smooth execution of significant engineering projects within the MEP and related disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee engineering service contracts relating to Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, and Medical Device projects across Europe and Ireland.
  • Serve as the principal commercial and technical liaison for designated client accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with Operations teams and company Directors to guarantee effective delivery of projects.
  • Forge and maintain strong client relationships fostering account development and long-term growth.
  • Apply thorough contract knowledge to manage variations and maintain commercial compliance rigorously.
  • Detect and drive opportunities to broaden engineering and commissioning services within current client accounts.
  • Regularly review contract outcomes and report on commercial and operational status updates.
  • Champion rigorous Health & Safety standards, quality assurance, and operational excellence across all projects.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Practical experience managing projects in MEP, Building Services, Commissioning, or general Engineering disciplines.
  • Professional background in MEP contracting, engineering consultancy, or technical services.
  • Knowledge and experience relevant to Data Centres, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, or similar critical infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong commercial contract management skills and deep understanding of engineering project lifecycle delivery.
  • Proven abilities in stakeholder engagement, communication, and client relationship management.
  • Commercial acumen with a track record of developing existing client portfolios.
  • Degree or equivalent credentials in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services Engineering, or allied disciplines.
