Engineer - Quality - MEP and Civil

Job Overview

We are seeking a Quality Engineer specializing in MEP and Civil engineering to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana. This role involves supporting the inspection and quality assurance of various construction activities and materials to ensure compliance with project standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in routine field inspections covering reinforcement installation, concrete pouring, shuttering, plastering, blockwork, and finishing works to verify adherence to approved plans.
• Support the evaluation of incoming construction materials such as cement, steel, aggregates, bricks, plumbing, and electrical supplies by checking test certificates and inspection checklists.
• Maintain quality assurance and quality control records, including inspection checklists, pour cards, material registers, calibration documents, and non-conformance reports, under the guidance of the QA/QC Engineer.
• Participate in field testing activities like sampling concrete cubes, conducting slump tests, and validating other material quality as directed by laboratory or quality teams.
• Monitor the curing process and protection of completed structural elements such as concrete slabs, columns, and plastered surfaces, reporting any irregularities or damages to the quality team.

This is a full-time onsite position based in Hyderabad, Telangana. Applicants should be prepared to engage directly on-site with construction activities.
