Job description
Company Overview
The employer is a major member of the ADNOC Group and is responsible for more than half of ADNOC’s total oil output. It is also the country’s longest-established oil producer, with operations beginning in 1939 after a 75-year concession was awarded to explore oil and gas in Abu Dhabi. In sustainability, it is recognized as a global leader and was the first organization in the world to capture carbon from the iron and steel sector. Its CCUS facility at Al Reyadah can capture 800,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide each year from Emirates Steel Industries and redirect it for use in the Bab and Rumaitha oil fields to support enhanced oil recovery. This facility plays an important role in ADNOC’s 2030 sustainability objectives.

- Act as the on-site commander during emergencies or crises to protect people and safeguard facilities, while serving as the central point for communication across process facilities, manifold stations, wells, and cluster locations.
- Organize, prepare, and supervise planned and emergency shutdowns, ensuring that all activities are executed safely and according to the shutdown schedule.
- Contribute high-quality input to studies such as HAZOP, risk assessments, root cause analysis, and design reviews.
- Draft detailed reports on process deviations and unusual events, with recommendations that improve safety, energy efficiency, cost control, and operational ease.
- Review manpower allocation to keep staffing levels optimal for uninterrupted business operations and execution of work.
