Job description
About the company
LinkedIn is a global professional platform focused on helping people build connections, explore opportunities, grow their capabilities, and gain useful insights. The company also emphasizes employee development and aims to foster a workplace grounded in trust, care, inclusion, and enjoyment so people can do their best work.
Be part of a team working to reshape how work gets done worldwide.
Role overview
This position sits within the Go-To-Market Enablement organisation, specifically in Enablement Tech Operations, which supports the delivery and measurement of global learning programs. The work arrangement is hybrid, so the role will be split between home and a LinkedIn office on selected days based on business needs.
The role calls for someone who approaches systems thoughtfully, designs with purpose, and can work through the complexity of a large enterprise to turn concepts into practical solutions. It offers broad impact and visibility, with the chance to influence how enablement technology grows across a worldwide GTM function.
This is not an LMS administration position. It is a hands-on technical build role centered on automation and integration. The focus is on finding repetitive manual tasks and replacing them with engineered solutions that improve scale and efficiency across enablement processes.
Success also depends on navigating enterprise controls and approvals. You will need the ability to influence stakeholders, work through governance requirements, and secure support from teams even when you do not have direct authority over them.
What you will do
- Create, implement, and support automations, integrations, and AI-based workflows that cut down manual work and help enablement operations scale.
- Streamline learner journeys by automating curriculum and event management processes while improving consistency across business groups.
- Look for opportunities to remove unnecessary steps entirely rather than only making existing processes slightly better.
- Assess AI tools and put them into practice where they can improve how the Enablement Tech Operations team and the wider enablement function operate.
- Work with Information Security, IT, engineering, and system owners to obtain access, approvals, and technical assistance for projects.
- Move cross-functional initiatives forward by handling governance checks and internal process requirements.
- Keep stakeholders engaged and maintain progress in environments where priorities may conflict.
- Continue pushing work ahead even when requirements are unclear or organisational structures are complex.
- Support the setup, governance, and reliability of learning and enablement tools across the technology stack.
- Help build reporting systems and data pipelines that provide performance insights to stakeholders and leaders.
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, governance guidelines, and knowledge assets.
- Extend successful practices across multiple projects and global teams.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in learning and development technology, enablement technology, learning operations, or a similar systems-focused role.
- Practical experience creating automations or integrations with tools such as Power Automate, Zapier, APIs, or equivalent platforms.
- Hands-on experience with learning technology and enablement systems, including LMS platforms and other enterprise tools.
- Strong documentation habits along with solid analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Background in building, expanding, and scaling automations within learning or enablement platforms.
- Exposure to AI tools, prompt engineering, or agent-based workflows is preferred.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and deliver outcomes without relying on direct authority.
- Experience working through security reviews, governance processes, and access approvals in a large enterprise.
- Comfort working through ambiguity while moving initiatives ahead with limited supervision.
- Experience supporting large enablement or sales performance programs is an advantage.

Work arrangement
This role is hybrid, with work completed partly from home and partly from a LinkedIn office on selected days depending on team requirements.
Role note
This position is explicitly not an LMS administrator role. It is a technical build role focused on systems thinking, automation, integration, and operational design.
