Role overview

The Auckland team is hiring an Employment Consultant to support people in moving toward vocational independence. This position can be performed from different locations across Auckland, giving you flexibility in where you work.

Key responsibilities

• Find suitable job opportunities by meeting employers in person and using online channels.
• Help clients get ready for interviews.
• Assist with preparing and submitting job applications.
• Work through barriers to employment with clients and help solve practical problems.
• Continue supporting clients after they start work.

Candidate profile
