Role Summary
We are seeking an Employment Consultant at our Roma, Queensland location to support people with disabilities in finding meaningful and sustainable employment through our Inclusive Employment Australia Program.
Core Responsibilities
- Identify and facilitate suitable employment opportunities for participants with disabilities.
- Encourage and strengthen participant confidence by highlighting their abilities and overcoming barriers.
- Provide innovative and effective solutions to employment challenges ensuring participant success.
- Act as an advocate for inclusive recruitment practices and workplace accommodations.
- Celebrate achievements and milestones with participants to motivate ongoing success.
- Establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with organisations committed to diversity and inclusion.
Who You Are

- Experience in other sectors such as sales, retail, call centres, hospitality, consulting, business development or administration is advantageous.

Eligibility Requirements
- Must be eligible to work in Australia.
- Hold a valid driver’s licence and own a comprehensively insured vehicle.
- Have a Standard level MyGovID.
- Agree to complete a National Police Check.
- Be able to clear a Working with Children Check.
- Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30am to 5:00pm.
