About the Role
As part of our business expansion, we are seeking Employers Engagement Partners to join our Career Matching Programme. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to assist Singaporeans in re-entering the workforce within a flexible, dynamic, and professional environment. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Career Consultants, Team Leaders, and the Business Manager on the Career Matching Programme.
- Support and mentor Consulting Teams to address knowledge gaps about industries, reverse profiling, and nominations for caseload progressions.
- Ensure accurate diagnosis of client barriers and ensure resumes are market-ready to facilitate successful job placements.
- Engage and build partnerships with strategic collaborators, employers, and intermediaries such as professional bodies, trade associations, chambers, unions, enterprises, and self-help groups targeting underserved sectors.
- Develop and implement employer engagement strategies tailored to specific industry sectors, nurturing strong relationships with companies within those segments.
- Maintain and grow relationships with companies and organizations in relevant sectors.
- Achieve predefined Key Performance Indicators to maximize employment outcomes and ongoing support targets by team members.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in B2B or B2C roles involving employer partnerships and recruitment management.
- Industrial knowledge in high-growth sectors is advantageous.
- Strong awareness of the labor market, government funding schemes, and programs, particularly focusing on Mid-Career Switchers.
- Track record of meeting or surpassing multiple KPIs.
- Proactive hunter mindset capable of initiating and nurturing new employer accounts while managing existing relationships.
- Demonstrated teamwork and interpersonal aptitude with skills in rapport building, active listening, effective questioning, and influencing to maintain productive partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken at a professional standard, with a confident presence that quickly gains trust and credibility.
- Quick learner and self-driven individual capable of adapting to a rapidly evolving environment and developing deep industry knowledge to become recognized as an industrial expert.
- Minimum qualification of Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Tertiary education in any discipline.
