Job Summary
Join the HR team to manage all aspects of employee relations, fostering a positive workplace, ensuring legal compliance, and enhancing communication between employees and management. Key duties include addressing grievances, managing disciplinary processes, and driving engagement efforts to maintain fairness, transparency, and organizational unity in a facility management environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute employee relations policies aligned with labor regulations and company standards.
- Advise employees and supervisors on disciplinary actions, performance concerns, and conflict resolution.
- Investigate complaints or disputes thoroughly and provide comprehensive reports with corrective action recommendations.
- Support the design and upkeep of employee engagement initiatives to increase motivation, efficiency, and retention.
- Observe workplace climate and morale, suggesting strategies to improve satisfaction and output.
- Facilitate clear communication of HR policies and updates across various departments to ensure uniform understanding.
- Maintain meticulous records related to employee relations, discipline, and grievance resolutions.
- Work alongside legal teams and government entities to comply with Saudi labor laws and internal HR policies.
- Contribute to HR projects such as employee surveys, exit interviews, and recognition programs.
- Identify opportunities to enhance policies and process efficiencies as part of continuous HR improvement.
- Promote goal alignment and a collaborative culture focused on accountability and continual progress.
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by supervisors to support department and organizational goals.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Preferred certifications: SHRM-CP, CIPD, PHR, or equivalent HR qualifications.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proficient understanding of Saudi labor law and HR regulatory frameworks.
- Expertise in employee relations and managing workplace conflicts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Accuracy in documentation and report preparation.

Experience
Applicants should bring 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in employee relations, HR operations, or generalist positions, ideally within facility management, construction, or service industries.
