Job description
Opportunity Overview
A prominent non-profit organization in Riyadh is in the middle of a major institutional change and is looking for an experienced professional to create and grow its employee experience capability. This position will play a key role in shaping organizational culture and driving internal communication efforts across the business, with direct reporting to the Human Resources Department.
Role Purpose
The objective of this role is to craft and execute a connected employee journey that supports a healthy workplace culture, improves belonging, and helps employees perform at their best through communication, recognition, events, and organization-wide initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and run the annual employee experience roadmap, covering every stage of the employee lifecycle from attraction to exit.
- Lead onboarding activities, assess how well they work, and update them using feedback and measurement results.
- Create and implement programs that reinforce culture, embed company values, and track their effect on the workforce.
- Own recognition and incentive initiatives, including internal excellence awards, from concept to delivery and alignment with approved performance outcomes.
- Manage the employee voice process for complaints and suggestions, ensuring responses are handled according to approved service timelines.
- Plan and deliver internal campaigns, company events, and organizational celebrations while also evaluating their effectiveness.
- Develop internal communication platforms and content, including written and visual material, and measure reach and impact across physical and virtual touchpoints.
- Run employee pulse surveys, analyze engagement and satisfaction results, and turn findings into documented improvement actions.
- Use artificial intelligence tools to support content creation, survey analysis, and automation of employee journey workflows.
- Track regional and global employee experience and culture practices, then recommend approaches that fit the organization’s environment.
- Prepare dashboards, regular reports, and improvement recommendations based on employee experience metrics.
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a closely related field, supported by an accredited professional certification. CIPD certification is preferred at Level 3 or above, with Level 5 considered a strong advantage. At least two years of practical experience in employee experience, internal communications, organizational culture, or a similar area is required.
Skills and Knowledge
The position calls for proven use of artificial intelligence tools in workplace tasks such as content creation, analysis, and automation. It also requires strong design and visual content development ability, experience with internal campaigns and corporate event coordination, solid survey and dashboard skills, and professional Arabic writing and presentation capability. English proficiency is helpful but not mandatory.
