Job description
Role Overview
This position focuses on enhancing the employee journey by improving HR processes, systems, and feedback mechanisms. The role works with cross-functional partners to turn employee experience goals into practical process changes, data-led insights, and measurable improvements across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute process and system improvements tied to the assigned employee journey map, using feedback data to recommend ways to strengthen the employee experience.
- Ensure HR operations run according to plan with limited manual handling or offline work, while tracking key measures and reporting process adherence and effectiveness to supervisors.
- Spot opportunities to refine HR policies, systems, and processes using employee feedback from multiple channels, along with inputs from Unit, DC, and Geo HR teams.
- Support HR teams by answering questions related to the employee experience framework, metrics, and guidelines, and coordinate with IS to set up channels for EX feedback.
- Contribute to research and benchmarking efforts by consolidating data, performing basic analysis, and helping arrange benchmarking discussions based on senior guidance.
- Collect and organize HR process and program data by working with Units, BEFs, and CoEs, then analyze it to generate insights on compliance, business impact, and employee experience.
- Maintain complete documentation for HR processes, including scope, RACI, KPIs, and measurement metrics, and assist in creating content for internal and external publications.
- Take part in initiatives that build awareness of EX standards and assessments across the employee life cycle.
- Deploy feedback channels across managed processes to capture employee sentiment, review survey and feedback trends, and support plans for improvement actions.
- Work with support functions to communicate new initiatives that improve employee and manager experience.
- Participate in internal and external audit activities, monitor compliance for managed processes, report deviations, and help implement audit controls and recommendations under supervisor direction.
Qualifications
A master’s degree in human resource management is required. The role also calls for experience in HR and ECLM.
Required Skills
The job needs strong analytical and problem-solving ability, solid communication and interpersonal skills, and the capacity to stay effective under pressure while managing several priorities at once.
