Team Overview

The Food & Beverage team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi is dedicated to serving both guests and associates with excellent care. The Employee Dining Room is an important part of that commitment, offering colleagues a space that is comfortable, welcoming, and kept in good condition. In this position, you will partner with the In-Room Dining and F&B teams to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly and to support a pleasant dining experience for employees.

Role Summary

As the Employee Dining Room Attendant, you will help maintain a high standard of service, cleanliness, and order in the employee dining area. The role includes preparing service stations, assisting employees as needed, and preserving a tidy and inviting environment. Your contribution directly supports the comfort and satisfaction of hotel associates.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and upkeep the dining room so it is clean, organized, and ready before each service period.
• Assist with food service tasks such as arranging displays and supporting the presentation of menu items.
• Interact with employees courteously and professionally to help create a positive experience.
• Keep all service zones, tools, and supplies clean, orderly, and well maintained.
• Track inventory levels and help with restocking and stock control.
• Support opening and closing routines to keep daily operations running efficiently.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate has a genuine interest in hospitality and in providing excellent service. You should be attentive to detail, able to uphold strong cleanliness and organization standards, and comfortable taking initiative. This role suits someone dependable who can work well on their own or as part of a team, communicate clearly, and stay effective in a busy environment. Fluency in English is required.
