Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key part in the global HR and recruitment function, delivering high-quality administrative support across the full hiring process. The position focuses heavily on interview coordination across EMEA and APAC time zones, assessment logistics, onboarding preparation, applicant tracking system upkeep, and other recruiting-related administrative work. The role also involves regular interaction with senior stakeholders across several business areas and locations.
Contract Details
This is a 1-year fixed-term contract. The selected candidate will be employed directly by StepStone Group, receive full benefits, and may be considered for a permanent position if performance is strong.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and manage interviews for candidates across EMEA and APAC, making sure communication and logistics are handled smoothly across different time zones.
- Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to create a responsive and supportive candidate experience.
- Administer the applicant tracking system and maintain accurate records and data.
- Handle day-to-day ATS maintenance, including updating email templates, tokens, and workflows, with the aim of becoming the team’s ATS specialist.
- Keep communication flowing effectively between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
- Coordinate candidate travel arrangements with administrative teams when required.
- Carry out additional administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Prior experience as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant; candidates with recruitment agency experience who want to begin a career in talent acquisition will also be considered.
- Ability to prioritise work and apply sound critical thinking.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent level of experience.
Preferred Experience
- Exposure to an ATS, with Greenhouse experience seen as an advantage.
- Background in financial services or a large technology organisation.
