About the Role
This position sits within the Owned In-House Agency team, which supports the Owned Media function responsible for strategy, prioritization, and performance across email and LinkedIn Ads. The team focuses on delivering campaigns with strong execution, reliable operations, and consistent quality at scale.
The role is centered on email production and quality assurance. You will translate campaign requirements into working Adobe Campaign workflows, validate campaigns before launch, and review email builds created by other production specialists. A strong technical foundation, careful attention to detail, and a high standard for quality are essential.
The work location for this position is hybrid, with duties performed from both home and a LinkedIn office on select days, based on business needs. Possible locations mentioned for the role include Bangalore, Mumbai, and Gurgaon.
Campaign Development and Execution
- Create, configure, and launch email campaigns and automated workflows in Adobe Campaign according to the defined brief.
- Convert campaign requirements into functional workflows, including audience targeting, scheduling, and personalization rules.
- Make sure campaigns are prepared correctly for both batch sends and triggered lifecycle communications.
- Check that campaign setups are aligned with delivery timelines and internal quality expectations.
- Identify setup issues or inconsistencies before launch and escalate risks early.
- Assist in resolving deployment problems and workflow-related issues.
Quality Assurance
- Review email campaigns and workflows built across the team before they go live.
- Carry out detailed QA checks on logic, triggers, and audience segmentation.
- Verify copy accuracy, links, and personalization tokens.
- Test how emails render and behave across devices and email clients.
- Investigate the source of errors and suggest fixes to help prevent repeat issues.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with campaign managers and the Owned Media team to confirm requirements and execution readiness.
- Share practical input on feasibility, dependencies, and timelines based on technical needs.
- Communicate QA results and required corrections clearly so fixes can be implemented quickly.
Qualifications
Applicants should have at least 4 years of experience in email marketing operations and development, along with hands-on exposure to Adobe Campaign, HTML/CSS, and QA work.
A BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred, and the role also calls for strong English communication skills, solid workflow configuration knowledge, and familiarity with email development, testing, and troubleshooting practices.
