Job Overview

The Elite Fitness Trainer acts as the vibrant and energetic presence on the gym floor, responsible for delivering outstanding member experiences through coaching, building engagement, and fostering an inviting environment that motivates members to return regularly. This role demands leadership, ownership, and the ability to cultivate a strong fitness community.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage actively with members for 8 to 9 hours per day, six days weekly on the gym floor.
• Conduct 1-2 dynamic group fitness classes per day.
• Provide personalized training sessions aimed at transformation and promoting member retention.
• Offer consistent guidance, motivation, correction, and support to members.
• Maintain a high standard of training quality and premium service.
• Take full responsibility for trainer operations during shifts.
• Ensure discipline, cleanliness, and a positive atmosphere throughout the gym space.
• Collaborate closely with the Head of Trainers on operational matters.
• Monitor member progress and contribute to strategies designed to improve member retention.
• Design and implement fitness challenges, group activities, community events, and engagement initiatives to strengthen community bonds.
• Develop a loyal and active fitness culture among gym members.

Compensation and Growth

• The initial six months function as a probation period.
• Remuneration includes a fixed salary plus performance-based incentives.
• Expected earnings during probation are approximately ₹50,000 or more, depending on performance.
