Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead advanced investigations into electrochemical processes by developing innovative materials and chemistries aimed at next-generation battery technology.
  • Explore new techniques to enhance battery performance including efficiency, capacity, and lifespan, while reducing environmental impacts.
  • Work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams to bring research innovations into real-world, scalable energy storage solutions.
  • Design and conduct experiments, analyze complex data, and interpret results to promote breakthroughs in battery technology.
  • Remain updated with the latest scientific progress in energy storage and apply sophisticated methods to resolve challenging electrochemical issues.
  • Support the creation of sustainable energy options and contribute to the advancement of clean energy technologies.

Job Requirements

  • PhD or Master's degree specializing in Electrochemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
  • Significant experience in electrochemical research focusing on energy storage systems, battery chemistry, or similar areas is strongly preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of electrochemical systems, materials characterization techniques, and advanced research protocols.
  • Skilled in designing experiments, conducting data analyses, and interpreting complex scientific outcomes.
  • Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary groups to transform research findings into viable applications.
  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving skills with an ability to devise innovative scientific solutions.
  • Strong dedication to sustainability and advancing clean energy technologies.
  • Comprehensive understanding of current energy storage challenges and a drive to develop groundbreaking solutions.
