Electrical Site Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

Role Overview

As an Electrical Site Engineer, you will be responsible for the planning, design, and management of electrical systems pertaining to power creation, transmission, and distribution. This opportunity is ideally suited for recent graduates eager to put their technical knowledge into practice on real-world projects in the field. Your main objective will be to support the reliability and efficiency of electrical infrastructure, with particular attention to safety and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical systems for power generation, transmission, and distribution networks.
• Direct and monitor regular maintenance and repair of electrical systems to ensure efficient operation.
• Implement codes, standards, and legal requirements in all aspects of electrical work.
• Organize and manage projects involving upgrades or new installations of electrical equipment and systems.
• Analyze electrical infrastructures and suggest improvements for cost-effectiveness and energy conservation.
• Identify and troubleshoot technical faults in existing electrical setups.
• Create and enforce protocols for safeguarding personnel and equipment during operations.
• Serve as a technical resource to various departments, especially regarding electrical integration and solutions.
• Stay current with evolving electrical engineering practices, applying innovative technologies where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate records documenting all designs, installations, inspections, and maintenance activities.

Required Background & Additional Information

• Strong grasp of electrical engineering fundamentals, materials, and industry processes.
• Demonstrated analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Familiarity with ERP software, preferably with SAP functional experience.
• Open to recent graduates holding a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related areas.
