Role Overview
This full-time, on-location position is based in Indore and involves delivering detailed counseling and advisory services to students planning to study abroad. Responsibilities include evaluating students' academic backgrounds, suggesting appropriate academic programs, aiding the application procedures, and supporting career planning. The counselor will conduct interviews, maintain comprehensive records, and coordinate with educational institutions to ensure successful student enrollments.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Background in educational consulting and relevant educational fields
- Proficient in student and career counseling
- Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
- Ability to operate both independently and collaboratively
- Strong organizational skills and diligent record keeping
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related discipline
- Previous experience in educational consultancy is advantageous
