About the Role
StudyHub, part of Synergy School of Business Skills (Synergy SBS), is hiring an energetic Educational Counsellor to support admissions and sales. The role is based in BTM Layout 1st Stage, Bengaluru, and suits someone who enjoys guiding students, handling enquiries, and converting interest into enrolments.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise students and parents on StudyHub memberships as well as professional training offerings.
- Manage enquiries that come in through walk-ins, phone, WhatsApp, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and Google.
- Assess student needs and suggest the most appropriate course or membership plan.
- Conduct centre walkthroughs and clearly explain facilities, pricing, and membership advantages.
- Carry out follow-ups until the prospect converts into an admission or membership.
- Keep enquiry, follow-up, admission, and payment details updated in CRM tools or Excel sheets.
- Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly admission and revenue goals.
- Coordinate with trainers and operations teams on batch planning and student onboarding.
- Develop strong pre- and post-enrolment relationships with students.
- Provide prompt and professional customer support and resolve student concerns.
- Support promotional events, education-related activities, and marketing initiatives when needed.

Eligibility
Candidates with 0 to 3 years of experience in educational counselling, admissions, inside sales, customer relationship management, EdTech, coaching institutes, or training institutes are suitable. Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in sales are also welcome. English is mandatory; Kannada and Hindi are preferred, and additional regional languages will be an advantage.
Qualification
Any graduate may apply. An MBA or an equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
Performance Expectations
- Make 50 to 80 outbound calls every day.
- Respond quickly to walk-in, WhatsApp, Meta, and Google enquiries.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.
- Meet monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Keep daily sales and follow-up reports accurate and up to date.
- Deliver a counselling experience that encourages student satisfaction and referrals.
