Role Overview

JSL Talent Partners is partnering exclusively with a specialist education recruitment agency to expand their team in Kent. The position involves collaborating closely with an experienced Business Manager to assist schools with their regular, long-term, and permanent recruitment needs across Primary and/or Secondary education sectors.

Work Arrangement

This opportunity offers a hybrid working model, including three days per week in the office located near Maidstone or Ashford, and two days working remotely from home. The agency's headquarters are based in Essex, providing comprehensive back office support such as compliance, payroll, and marketing.

Requirements

• Applicants must have at least two years of applicable experience within an education recruitment agency.
• Possession of a valid driving license and access to a car is mandatory, given the rural nature of client locations.
