What You Will Do

  • Arrange and conduct calls and in-office meetings to share accurate course and programme details while making sure individual student needs are addressed.
  • Explain admissions criteria, application procedures, and qualification pathways to students.

  • Deliver high-quality service that helps move students through the pipeline, resulting in applications and offer acceptances.
  • Spot and develop lead-generation opportunities through schools, universities, companies, and scholarship organisations.
  • Use the CRM system to manage the full counselling cycle, including lead capture and follow-up to close sales.
  • Work with the Business Unit Manager to identify new business opportunities.
  • Keep regular contact and activity with important accounts such as schools and scholarship bodies.
  • Respond promptly to walk-in, phone, and email enquiries with correct and relevant information.
  • Prepare, submit, and track applications with institutions and help complete enrolments on time.
  • Build productive relationships with institution staff to support faster application processing.
  • Support students with arrival-related issues and direct them to the right agencies when needed.
  • Work with network counsellors to ensure ongoing support for students already onshore.
  • Attend briefings, workshops, and institution visits to strengthen knowledge and relationships.
  • Work with business, operations, and marketing teams on promotional strategy and major events such as interviews, in-house sessions, and exhibitions.
  • Contribute ideas for marketing and promotional initiatives that can increase student numbers.
  • Promote the organisation through institution visits, seminars, exhibitions, and student associations.
  • Help identify market opportunities and risks.
  • Participate in office meetings and activities that encourage information sharing and team learning.
  • Look for ways to improve cooperation and efficiency between student placement and IELTS operations.
  • Keep enrolment tasks moving by following up with students and institutions.
  • Use all available communication tools, including email, phone, SMS, CRM tasks, and similar features.
  • Present information clearly to students, clients, and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Provide regular progress updates, challenges, and support needs to the line manager.

Requirements

  • Strong spoken and written English skills.
  • Background in a sales-oriented environment with responsibility for meeting individual and team targets.

  • Excellent communication skills for working with students, parents, institution representatives, and colleagues.
  • Strong planning and organisation abilities with the capacity to handle several priorities at once.
  • A customer-first mindset and commitment to excellent service.
  • Good relationship-building and relationship-management capabilities.
  • Ability to work well in a team and contribute positively to shared goals.
