Overview
IELTS BAND7 in Dehradun is looking to employ a skilled and communicative Education Counsellor and Telecaller to join their team. This role involves providing essential academic guidance and supporting students throughout the enrollment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer specialized counselling for IELTS, PTE, German language courses, and Spoken English programs.
- Handle student queries diligently through telephone conversations and face-to-face interactions, ensuring proficiency in English communication.
- Act as the intermediary between students and trainers to facilitate smooth coordination.
- Manage administrative duties such as maintaining student records, updating databases, and handling daily paperwork.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a graduation degree in any discipline.
- Have at least one year of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or aviation roles such as cabin crew.
- Demonstrate excellent spoken and written English skills.
Compensation and Location
The monthly salary ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹40,000 depending on experience and knowledge. The position is based in Dehradun at IELTS BAND7.
