Role Overview

Mundo M is looking for a proactive and creative Education Consultant / Learning & Development Specialist to design and implement impactful learning initiatives that elevate individual and organizational performance. This position revolves around formulating learning strategies, creating innovative instructional materials, delivering training programs, enhancing workforce capabilities, and providing expert educational consultation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Craft, develop, and execute comprehensive learning programs, educational content, and training tools.
  • Perform assessments to identify learning needs and skills gaps within teams or the entire organization.
  • Design diverse learning experiences including instructor-led sessions, virtual classes, blended approaches, and self-directed courses.
  • Produce instructional assets such as presentations, e-learning modules, guides, evaluations, and job aids.
  • Lead workshops, webinars, and professional development events to engage learners effectively.
  • Measure and analyze the success of learning initiatives through assessments, feedback, and relevant performance data.
  • Work closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to align training with organizational goals.
  • Support programs including employee onboarding, leadership growth, career advancement, and ongoing education.
  • Administer and enhance learning management systems (LMS) and maintain training documentation and resources.
  • Research and apply current trends in learning technologies, instructional design, and industry best practices.
  • Offer consulting advice to improve learning strategies and boost workforce competence.
  • Track learner engagement, participation, and outcomes to ensure program effectiveness.
  • Guarantee that training content is accurate, accessible, inclusive, and meets high quality standards.
  • Contribute to perpetual improvement efforts by refining learning methodologies and increasing training impact.
  • Encourage a culture that values knowledge exchange, collaboration, and continuous professional growth.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or related disciplines.
  • In-depth knowledge of adult learning theories, instructional design, and training techniques.
  • Experience with learning and development frameworks, competency models, and performance enhancement.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and various digital learning platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability in developing instructional materials such as e-learning content and presentations.
  • Competency in evaluating learning effectiveness and measuring performance outcomes.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills coupled with confidence in public speaking.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with clear articulation of concepts.
  • Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Keen analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to collaborate fruitfully with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common authoring or learning content creation tools.
  • Capacity to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
