Role Overview
We are in search of an enthusiastic and innovative Education Consultant / Learning & Development Specialist responsible for crafting, developing, and executing impactful learning solutions aimed at enhancing both individual and organizational capabilities. This position emphasizes strategic learning development, instructional design, and performance enhancement through comprehensive educational consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement diverse learning programs, educational resources, and training materials tailored to organizational needs.
- Perform thorough learning needs analyses and identify skill gaps within teams or across the organization.
- Create dynamic learning experiences including instructor-led, virtual, blended, and self-directed formats.
- Develop various instructional contents such as presentations, e-learning modules, guides, assessments, and job aids.
- Conduct workshops, webinars, training sessions, and professional growth programs.
- Assess learning effectiveness utilizing evaluations, feedback, performance metrics, and data examination.
- Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to ensure alignment of training initiatives with company objectives.
- Assist in onboarding processes, leadership cultivation, career progressions, and ongoing learning efforts.
- Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training documentation.
- Research and apply cutting-edge learning technologies, instructional techniques, and industry best practices.
- Offer expert educational consulting to optimize learning strategies and workforce skills.
- Track training participation, monitor learner engagement, and analyze program outcomes.
- Ensure learning content is precise, accessible, inclusive, and adheres to quality benchmarks.
- Drive continuous improvement by refining learning methodologies and boosting training efficacy.
- Encourage a culture supportive of knowledge exchange, collaboration, and lifelong learning.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in disciplines such as Education, HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, Instructional Design, or Learning Technologies.
- Profound understanding of adult learning theories, instructional design principles, and training methods.
- Familiarity with competency frameworks, learning and development strategies, and performance enhancement techniques.
- Experience navigating Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital education platforms.
- Skilled in developing presentations, e-learning courses, training aids, and instructional materials.
- Knowledgeable about learning evaluation models and performance measurement approaches.
- Outstanding facilitation, presentation, and public speaking capabilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication ensuring clarity in explaining concepts.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving aptitude.
- Effective collaboration abilities when working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiar learning content creation tools.
