Role Overview

This full-time, on-site position based in Singapore requires the Education & Career Guidance Specialist to collaborate closely with students in providing customized academic and career planning assistance. The specialist will offer guidance on educational pathways and career options, conduct training sessions, support university application processes, and design tailored strategies to meet students' individual needs. Cultivating strong and supportive relationships with students is key to promoting their development and success.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in mentoring, advising, or guiding individuals
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities to connect effectively with students and respond to their needs
• Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a diverse team environment
• Availability to work three weekdays and two weekends
• A bachelor's degree from a highly ranked university
• Applicants must currently reside in Singapore due to job urgency
