- Develop brand strategy elements including positioning, messaging frameworks, brand attributes, elevator pitches, and brand promises.
- Write a range of content from long-form articles to brief elements like headlines, campaign taglines, and naming.
- Create distinctive and authentic brand voices.
- Communicate strategies and creative rationale clearly and professionally to clients.
- Supervise writers and freelancers by providing constructive feedback and direction.
Candidate Requirements

- Proven capacity to work independently and collaboratively with partners and the broader team.
- Strong attention to detail concerning grammar, spelling, and consistency.
- A passion for innovative and appropriately creative professional services marketing.

- Paid company holidays and personal time off that increases with tenure.
- A supportive work-life balance with an average workweek under 40 hours.
- Opportunity to participate in paid pro bono projects like Give a Brand!
- Fixed annual salary of $125,000, plus potential annual bonus (salary non-negotiable to ensure pay equity).
Additional Information
