Job description
About The Role
Early Modern Letters Online (EMLO) is a digital catalogue hosted by Oxford, now maintained within the Bodleian Libraries. The Editor will collaborate with the editorial team to enhance and add metadata for letters housed in the Bodleian’s manuscript collections. Duties include identifying materials of scholarly interest and assisting with the ongoing advancement of the EMLO database. The role also involves coordination with the Curator of Early Modern Manuscripts, Bodleian Digital Library Systems and Services (BDLSS) colleagues, and participation in producing publications, digital projects, and collaborative ventures.
Working Conditions
This position is full-time, requiring 37.5 hours per week. While primarily library-based at the Weston Library in Oxford, it may allow remote work for one or two days weekly upon agreement.

This is a fixed-term contract for six months, at Grade 6 pay scale ranging from £35,681 to £41,636 annually.
