Job description
About the role
This opportunity is aimed at experienced quantitative specialists who can help improve AI systems. The work involves collaborating with advanced models to judge AI-produced quantitative analyses, tackle technical challenges, and share feedback that improves how these systems handle data, models, and scientific reasoning.
Professionals from fields such as economics, data science, astrophysics, biostatistics, operations research, and other quantitative disciplines are encouraged to apply if they are comfortable working rigorously with data and analytical methods. Some contributors use this as a side engagement alongside a full-time position, while others make it their main work.
After creating an account, you will complete a short assessment that functions as the screening step. If successful, you will receive confirmation by email and paid assignments will then become available through the platform.

Responsibilities
- Review AI-created quantitative outputs for correctness, including statistical analysis, predictive modeling, scientific reasoning, and data-based insights.
- Create and solve quantitative tasks used to train and evaluate AI systems, covering forecasting, experimental analysis, optimization, and statistical inference.
- Produce concise technical write-ups and well-organized analytical code.
- Share feedback that helps improve future AI models designed for quantitative reasoning.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of practical experience in a quantitative role or research setting, such as data science, statistics, economics, finance, physics, biology, epidemiology, operations research, or a related area.
- Basic coding ability, including confidence writing and reviewing analytical code from start to finish.
- Hands-on familiarity with statistical techniques, predictive modeling, and experiment design such as A/B testing, hypothesis testing, regression, classification, and time-series forecasting.
- Strong English fluency at a native or bilingual level, along with excellent writing ability.
- A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative subject is preferred, such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a similar discipline; a master’s degree or PhD is an advantage.
