About the company
The organization is an established Saudi distributor of ICT, security, and surveillance products, supported by a major Saudi group. It is expanding its e-commerce business and is seeking a practical, ownership-driven leader to manage this function end to end.
About the role
This position is responsible for the overall performance of the e-commerce channel across Amazon, Noon, Trendyol, and the company’s own website. The selected professional will shape the strategy for each platform, lead the team, and use the company’s product portfolio and nationwide warehouse setup to grow the business into a leading online security player in the Kingdom.
Key responsibilities
- Take full ownership of revenue goals and profit and loss across marketplaces and the brand’s own online store.
- Recruit, build, and manage the e-commerce team covering marketplaces, content, performance marketing, and customer support.
- Monitor account health, Buy Box performance, customer ratings, and adherence to platform rules.
- Control the advertising spend and improve return on ad spend across platform and off-platform channels.
- Work closely with operations and logistics teams to keep inventory aligned and ensure quick fulfillment across the country.
- Define pricing and margin plans, then present business results and updates to senior leadership.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce, with 2 to 3 years in a team leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in growing accounts on Amazon Seller Central and/or Noon.
- Practical experience with Amazon Vendor Central and the wholesale 1P model.
- Background in managing advertising budgets and PPC campaigns.
- Strong analytical, data-oriented approach with accountability for business outcomes.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
- Experience in electronics, security, or surveillance is an advantage.
