Tecfuge Business Solutions LLP is an expanding firm offering comprehensive services across E-Commerce Marketplace Management, ERP Solutions, and Skill Development.
Role Overview
We seek a knowledgeable Ecommerce Specialist to manage and grow seller accounts on various e-commerce marketplaces. This is a full-time position based entirely at our Kozhikode, Kerala office.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for e-commerce marketplace seller accounts.
- Manage product listings, update catalogs, optimize content, and maintain product details.
- Track sales figures, order processing, inventory levels, pricing, and overall product performance.
- Organize and administer marketplace promotional activities, deals, offers, and advertising campaigns.
- Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of marketplace advertising efforts.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data, website traffic, conversion rates, and product performance metrics.
- Attend to account health issues including listing problems, suppressed listings, and handle marketplace support tickets efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal departments to synchronize inventory, pricing strategies, content accuracy, and order fulfillment.
- Identify strategies to increase sales and enhance marketplace visibility.
- Generate comprehensive marketplace performance reports regularly.
- Stay informed about changes in marketplace policies and operational updates.
Preferred Experience
- Practical exposure to Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio, or other leading online marketplaces.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Between 2 to 5 years of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations.
- Hands-on experience in managing seller accounts effectively.
- Strong understanding of product listing management and marketplace workflows.
- Familiarity with marketplace promotion and advertising techniques.
- Capable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient with MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Adept at multitasking and handling several marketplace accounts concurrently.
Additional Information
This position requires the candidate to work fully from the Kozhikode office. Preference will be given to applicants currently residing in Kerala. Candidates outside Kerala are welcome to apply provided they are fully prepared to relocate to Kozhikode.
