About FACE FOUNDRIÉ

FACE FOUNDRIÉ is a fast-growing skincare brand and facial bar chain that aims to make professional skincare easier to access, more affordable, and approachable. The company delivers results-focused services, works with experienced estheticians, and is also building out its own skincare product line. With a national footprint already in place and further expansion planned, the business is looking for an Ecommerce Manager to lead and scale its online retail channel.

Role Overview

This position is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and overall performance of the company’s ecommerce business. The selected candidate will handle the daily operation of the online store and work to increase revenue through better site performance, smarter product presentation, targeted digital offers, stronger customer retention, and improved conversion rates.

The role is best suited to someone who is highly analytical, commercially minded, and entrepreneurial, with a strong interest in ecommerce and a desire to help build a growth channel from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of ecommerce revenue, conversion performance, average order value, and customer retention targets.
  • Plan and roll out quarterly ecommerce growth initiatives.
  • Spot opportunities to increase online sales through promotions, bundles, subscriptions, and other new growth ideas.
  • Track market and category trends and turn insights into practical growth recommendations.
  • Oversee the ecommerce storefront and shape the overall customer journey.
  • Improve navigation, collection structure, category organization, and product merchandising.
  • Keep product detail pages accurate, persuasive, and optimized for conversion.
  • Manage online product launches and seasonal campaign execution.
  • Maintain website content and ensure a smooth shopping experience on both desktop and mobile.
  • Review user behavior and site performance data to improve conversion rates.
  • Run A/B tests and implement changes to important landing pages and product pages.
  • Identify and remove barriers that interrupt the customer journey.
  • Build approaches that improve cart completion and lower abandonment.
  • Track ecommerce KPIs and share regular performance updates with recommendations.
  • Use data to guide merchandising, promotional planning, and overall growth decisions.
  • Work with the Brand team to execute campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Create ecommerce-only offers and programs that support online growth.
  • Support loyalty, referral, and subscription efforts.
  • Partner on email, SMS, and other digital campaigns that generate online sales.
  • Work closely with the Merchandising Manager to align inventory and product availability.
  • Coordinate with outside vendors and platform partners when needed.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to provide a consistent customer experience across channels.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience managing ecommerce operations.
  • A demonstrated history of growing online revenue and improving conversion metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify or a similar ecommerce platform.
  • Solid knowledge of ecommerce analytics and reporting.
  • Background in product merchandising, promotions, and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Comfort working across multiple projects and priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, along with excellent collaboration skills.
  • In-person presence in the Minneapolis area is preferred.
